When the 30A 10K and Fun Run was founded in 2012 we had two simple rules:

1. Host a world class event for competitive and non-competitive runners

2. Raise money for a local beneficiary while having fun

2013 is our second annual event and we have stepped up our game on these two founding principles.

The 30A 10K was founded and is managed by elite athletes that have raced a lifetime of endurance events around the country and is backed by the largest endurance club in the Emerald Coast, Hammer Down Multisport. We know what is like to train for months, spend hundreds of dollars to travel to an event with your family only to have a negative experience. We have been there and done that…

Our passion and mission is to ensure your race day is a positive experience. We want you and your family to come back and enjoy our race and the beautiful area of South Walton Rosemary Beach year after year.

About the 30A 10K & 1 Mile Fun Run

Established in 2012, the 30A 10K is a non-profit 501c7 operated through Hammer Down Multisport, the region’s largest cycling, triathlon and running club. In the inaugural year of the 30A 10K, the event donated $18,000 to Donations 4 Danny. The purpose of the 30A 10K is to promote a healthy lifestyle through sports, especially running and support community charitable causes. Nearly 2,000 runners will participate in the 30A 10K events this 2013.
