Record breaking runs for the 2019 30A 10K
Congratulations to all of our runners this year! The Eigth annual 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Races had a SOLD OUT record number of participants in the events this Thanksgiving Morning. Today was perfect weather for an amazing race.
This year’s 10K brought a very strong field with the top 3 Male and top Female runners all shattering the previous course records.

Fred Kosgei was the Overall Winner and new course record holder with a blazing fast time of 30:39, earning him top spot in this year’s race. Gladys Cheboi won Overall Female with a record breaking time of 35:46. Gladys ran both the 10K and 5K Double run and won both races.
All proceeds from the 2019 race benefit the non-profit organizations Anchorage Children’s Center, Girls Inc, Cultural Arts Alliance, Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance and the Foye Belle Foundation.
