RRCA 10K Championship Information

RRCA Championship Event Series

This year, the Road Runners Club of America has designated the 30A 10K as the State of Florida 10K Championship Race for 2014.

All 30A 10K runners can compete for the Florida State Championship. The RRCA will award custom medals to the top overall men’s and women’s winners, as well as the fastest masters (age 40-40), grand masters (age 50-59), and seniors (ages 60 and up).

Founded in 1958, the Road Runners Club of America is the oldest and largest national association of running clubs, running events, and runners dedicated to promoting running as a competitive sport and as healthy exercise. The RRCA’s mission is to represent and promote the common interests of its member clubs, events, and individual runners through education, leadership, programs and other services.

The winners also will have their names and finishing times submitted to the RRCA to be added to the RRCA Database of Champions.

All 10K runners are automatically entered and eligible for the RRCA awards. RRCA awards will be based upon gun time, not chip time.
